In traditional Asana Yoga practice, we are encouraged to feel our own bodies. Feel how the breath flows in our limbs and how our mind, with its thoughts and emotional turmoil, can affect our concentration and stability. Yoga practice can be defined as relaxing through action, surrendering to a subtle force, an energy that can be unleashed through the connection of posture and breath. The best way to step out of your own world is to connect with another, plunge deeper into your individual mind-body experience with private yoga and meditation. Each session will begin with pranayama breathing then we’ll flow through a heart opening asana practice ending with meditation.
