Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is performed on the floor on a comfortable mat fully clothed. In receiving a Thai Yoga Massage one is also receiving the benefits of the practice of yoga. The session takes approximately 2 hours.
A Thai Yoga Massage incorporates rhythmic motion, palming and thumbing along energy lines and acupressure points, gentle stretching, breathwork, and meditation, creating a slow, flowing "dance" around and with the recipients body.

Blissful Feet
A Thai Yoga Foot session is great for tired feet, improving circulation and lymph movement in the feet & lower legs and increased flexibility. Ancient Thai foot massage (nuad pan boran) is a holistic healing technique that provides relaxation, balance in the body’s various systems and healthy blood circulation.
Working with the feet, lower leg and knees, this 2000-year-old highly-reputable session frees up blocked energy within the body’s many Sen lines (Thai based meridians).

The Lillian Package
This package is a wellness journey of Thai Yoga Massage, Blissful Feet, Shiro Joy and a private Yoga & Meditation session. You will also receive a full body Chakra energy reading.
