Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process that works with the subconscious mind ~ the place where patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses are stored.

Conversation & Exploration
Each session begins with conversation and exploration. We take time to understand what you would like shift, strengthen, or understand more deeply.
The first session is longer as we gently uncover patterns or beliefs that may be shaping your responses today. From there we begin creating new, supportive ways of thinking and responding.
What A Session Feels like
Comfort & Relaxation
You will sit comfortably while I guide you through a gentle body relaxation. As the body softens and the breath slows, the nervous system settles and the mind becomes calm and focused
Focused Awareness
In this relaxed state the mind becomes more open to insight and new ways to responding to life. You remain aware and in control throughout the session, simply allowing the mind to settle and focus
Guided Subconscious Work
Using what we uncovered together, we begin working with the subconscious mind to shift patterns and release old beliefs that no longer serve you. In this relaxed state, the mind becomes open to new, supportive ways of thinking and responding.
